VIENNA
Turkey renewed its call for dialogue between the sides at the second session of an Executive Board meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Thursday.
Calling on the IAEA and Iran to solve the issue of Iran's nuclear program by "dialogue", Turkey said it was ready to do whatever it had to do to solve the issue.
In a session closed to the press, Turkey verbally called on the relevant sides to cooperate with each other.
Turkey could not vote on a resolution proposed by the P5+1 countries (5 permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) at the meeting as it was an observer state during the present term.
The resolution on Iran's nuclear program received 31 votes in favor while Egypt, Ecuador and Tunisia abstained. Cuba voted against the resolution.
