ANKARA
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will travel to Germany to participate in the first meeting of Turkish-German Strategic Dialogue Mechanism and meet neo-Nazi victims' families.
Davutoglu will participate in the first meeting of the new Turkish-German mechanism on May 11 and 12, and will chair Western European consuls general summit in Berlin, stated Turkish Foreign Ministry on Thursday.
"Strategic Dialogue Mechanism, which is the concrete result of Turkey and Germany's common will on deepening and developing the bilateral multi-dimensional friendship and partnership, will constitute a platform of new cooperation and communication for regional as well as international issues", said the ministry.
Davutoglu will also meet his German counterpart Guido Westerwelle on May 12.
Taking custodies of Turkish children forcefully, xenophobia, organizing elections abroad, education in mother tongue and vocational education, social problems of Turkish community as well as improving consulate services will be discussed during consuls general meeting.
Davutoglu will also meet neo-Nazi victims' families and representatives of Turkish non-governmental organizations operating in Germany.
