Attractive promotions by phone companies reflect positively on monthly bills of consumers, Acarer noted.
"On average, a Turk pays 10 euros, an European pays 15.5 euros and nationals of many other countries pay around 38-40 euros per month for telephone calls," Acarer underlined.
