Egypt's President Mohamed Morsi stated the parliamentary elections will begin on April 27.
According to a written statement released, President Morsi called nation to take part in the four-stage voting.
In the first stage of the vote, Egyptians who live abroad will vote and in three other stages, citizens in Egypt will to and vote.
On the other hand, on Thursday the Shura Council's speaker Ahmed Fahmy stated, he presented the law which bans members of parliament from changing their political affiliations once elected to President Morsi.
