UNITED NATIONS
United Nations Security Council strongly condemned a suicide attack which left Tuesday at least 17 dead and over 40 wounded in capital Kabul.
The UNSC condemned the attack against civilian government workers, saying "no terrorist act can spoil democracy and stability in Afghanistan. The international community stands by Afghan people."
Taliban claimed responsibility for the powerful bomb attack that targeted the Supreme Court in Kabul during the quitting hour.
The scene of the explosion was close to the US Embassy and the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
