ISLAMABAD
A blast in southern Pakistan left 4 dead and 12 injured.
Blast occurred at "Pir Hajan Shah" shrine in Marri village of Shikarpur province, when a large number of devotees were visiting the shrine.
More casualties feared, said officials.
Protestors blocked the national highway and the railway track after the incident. They chanted slogans against the government demanding immediate justice.
