Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Wednesday condemned the suicide attack in the western city of Farah.
In a statement released on Wednesday, President Karzai underlined that "Taliban was committing a massacre in Afghanistan".
"The Taliban should know that the Afghan people will not remain silent in the wake of such a suicide attack," Karzai emphasized.
Meanwhile, ten people out of 44 killed by nine suicide bombers who targeted the provincial court in Farah were Afghan troops.
The Governorship of Farah stated that the nine suicide bombers were killed by Afghan forces.
Taliban committed the suicide attack in order to rescue 15 of its militants who were to be tried on Wednesday but its attack failed, the Farah Governorship also said.
