JERUSALEM (AA) - 1948 Palestinian Islamic Movement called for a declaration of mobilization for Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sep. 4 on the grounds that it would be under danger.
Al-Aqsa Mosque was going through a critical phase and Israeli government wanted to convert the mosque into a place for pilgrimage, taking advantage of Arabs and Muslims' engagement in revolutions, said a statement from the movement under tutelage of Sheikh Raid Salah.
The statement also claimed that speculations were received about the fact that the Jewish people would attack the mosque in groups on Sep. 4, 2013.
